By engaging Austin Becker E-Commerce Marketing for paid advertising services, you agree to the terms outlined in your signed Statement of Work.
Services covered include account setup, campaign management, optimization, reporting, and strategic guidance for the channels listed in your agreement (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
Fees and billing terms are specified in your Statement of Work. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Account access will be returned to the client in a usable state.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for purposes of the agreement.
