TallSlim Tees is an apparel brand specifically catered to men 6 ft–7 ft tall who seek a wardrobe tailored to their natural build. Their specialty is designing slim and tall clothing that focuses on length rather than width for t-shirts, flannels, and activewear that guarantees a perfect fit for the tall and lean figure.
TallSlim Tees’ Google Ads account was performing well but the business needed to scale sales after being acquired by a new owner. The new ownership’s marketing team needed to increase sales across existing top-selling SKUs, but also introducing new product categories, like jogger pants and hoodies, without losing profits along the way.
Our team updated TallSlim Tees’ existing Google Shopping Ads product data with enhanced product attributes, like variant colors, styles and keywords that are frequently searched on Google.com. We optimized all product data per variant, and segmented inventory by sell-through rate (e.g. high, mid, and low sell-through products). We then updated all paid ads assets with additional video and image creative elements in ads, added user-generated content to paid ads, and restructured campaigns to keep spend allocated appropriately between existing inventory and new releases for optimal balance between sales growth and profit.
Between our first Q4 working on TallSlim Tees and the most recent Q4, attributed conversion value in Google Ads increased by over 6x, while cost increased by over 2x.
